Deal with token burning and how that factors into our final vote count
Add voting start period and end period (a function that DFINITY can interface with)
Make sure that the addresses in our votes correspond to actual projects.

Restructure files in a way such that:
There are three canisters

1. Frontend canister
2. Canister of functions that the user will interface with
3. Token management canister

Token management canister

• main.rs will contain all the functions that can be called by the user interface canister
• token.rs will contain the functions for minting and transferring tokens
• staking.rs will contain the functions for staking
• voting.rs will contain the functions for voting
• there will be one main.did file

Make sure quadratic funding works
Deal with the "fee" argument in the staking.rs stake function

Please also look at how frontend is done using the hello world example (should be on DFINITY website)

Restructure frontend files (possibly delete the frontend canister and merge it with the interface canister).
