Admin was centered until block element were added.

No other Browsers checked. Must be some css width stuff

Should be:

• determine timezone of client, use that

One possible solution:

• have a timeoffset/timezone selection box next to time input
• with javascript: hide that selection box, determine offset and write into hidden field on submit

Add below record high and record low on main page
"First entry recorded: dd.mm.yyy hh:mm"

Definition:

• Record high is the maximum timedelta between to alarms. To the the list of all deltas we add the time span from last firealarms till now
• record low is the minimum timedelta between two alarms

To be able to do this, we need

• all alarms in the db
• for the current retrieveing of an alarm: sort by date desc
