Create a search bar to filter employees/users by username, email, name, etc

Logging in with invalid credentials gives a 500 error.
We need to add some sort of validation to alert the user

e.g. if a permission is added, the user object in the session will not be updated.

• Add an extra field to each employee called "status"
• The status should be something like: "Approved", "Pending", "Declined" depending on the response we get from accounting /pay api

When an employee's salary is modified and saved, the field goes back to its original value.

• Hourly wage
• Weekly wage

Call accounting's budget api /balance/{siloId} and deduct our combined employee salary (sum of all the salaries) from the budget they are providing us.

• Right now profiles can only be modified from each employees's profile page
• We need a button next to the delete button that allows users to edit employees

• Right now clicking the "-" button will automatically delete an employee
• We need a popup message "Are you you you want to delete employee name?
• One way to achieve this is using javascript alerts

Implement the payroll page

Right now if you're not logged in you get a 500 error trying to access most pages manually.
We can change this to a "help page" or redirect back to login
