Chinchilla doesn't appear to have properly re-established the connection to Consul after a loss of connection to consul/rabbit. Do the thing!!!
fix panic when keys missing in consul

All messages flowing through chinchilla get logged currently (including those with pii)
Make this optional (must be turned on / queue maybe? or as a cli flag?)
Make queue binding pluggable
Create bindable interface and "default worker" implementation. Show how to add future queue bindings
Make work2rest impl pluggable
Make interface and reference impl. Support default rabbit and rest operations:
Package metadata as headers
Handle expires
Handle status codes (ack, nack)
log start up errors instead of printing
so they make it to syslog when that's used
include vhost in connection settings
