• Retrieve data from Earth Engine via lake ids
• use these data to retrieve tables on click event
• update the vega light graphic with the sample data (tie this update to the click event).
• Users should be able to add unlimited charts of individual lakes by clicking them on the map or searching.

Add a popup to the map showing info on click. Info should show data like lake ID, area (m²), and altitude. I will probably need to do that by adding a click event listener to the map, take the lat lon of the click, and trigger a Carto table query with an intersect request for lakes, return the data, and display a pop-up box if data exists.

Once the data have been represented as a chart under the map, a user should be able to download these data as a csv file.

• Add a Bootstrap grid structure to the page,
• Put a placeholder Vega-light graphic below the map.

(This will later be tied to a click or search event, and update.)
