Missing .jar configuration task

Expected Result

Running ./gradlew createJar should create a .jar that is the ChocAn Data Server application.

Actual result

There isn't a target.

Comments

We could have some targets, like --as server or --as terminal or something to differentiate the jar's functionality.

Configuring Server

From @benjspriggs on December 1, 2016 7:57

There currently isn't a very clear an concise way for a user to create and setup the MySQL database correctly from the current status of the project/ wiki. Is there a way for that to be done, or for the instructions to be clear enough to be easily executed?
