When a new Kelma is approved (or rejected), an animation should play, much like stamping an approval (http://creditcardforum.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/approved-or-rejected.png)

Authorised users should be able to delete suggestions

We should be able to see previously released Kelma tal-Lum. There can be 2 views: a list view, and a reuse of the main page with arrows to flick between them.

Add a way to create new users - requiring the approval of one of the existing users before they are accepted

On production, the main page occasionally gives off 503 Unavailable when querying for the Kelma Tal-Lum (/kelma). It may be occurring when there is no Kelma Tal-Lum yet.
