Error on running index.py

I have cloned the repo and copied and pasted the raw code and get the same error when trying to execute index.py.

Being a novice with Python, I am trying to figure this out and am scratching my head. Googling didn't point me to anything that helped and I tried to resolve the issue myself. Can someone please assist? I would like to get this up and working as I have started to dabble in stocks and options.
