1. Start iDOOM.
2. Touch screen on start screen, to load initial menu.
3. Attempt to navigate menu, through touching other options, or moving 
screen.

Expected output is menu system responds to touch on specific items (ie, 
load game, or changing difficulty). Current behaviour is to choose default 
selected item when attempting to touch anywhere on screen (New Game, 
followed by 3rd difficulty level).

Reproduced on iPhone OS Simulator from 2.0 to 3.0 Beta 5.

Perhaps menu system needs to be gutted and replaced with a proper UIKit 
driven menu system, to allow for proper touch controls?
