This is a web-based Dart scoreboard built with React. The game allows two players to compete against each other, with the goal of reducing their scores to zero. The application focuses on the simplicity of the user interface.

1. Click on the "New Game" button to start a new game.
2. Choose starting score from dropdown menu.
3. Set player names in the input fields provided.
4. The first player starts by throwing three darts.
5. The player can click on the board to register their score.
6. The second player then takes their turn by throwing three darts.
7. Players take turns until one of them reaches exactly zero.
8. The first player to reach zero with a double score wins the game.
9. If a player's score goes below zero, their turn ends and all throws this turn are canceled.
