Navigation hangs out on the left, under the title (Safari 8.0.3)

Browser: Safari 8.0.3 (desktop), Safari 8.1 (mobile)
OS: 10.10.2
Platform: Ghost Pro

Theme navigation sticks to the left side, underneath the title. This screencap is the full screen view. Not able to repro in Chrome or FF.

EDIT: looked into this a bit and it looks like Safari is choking on this rule:

.main-header { display: flex; flex-direction: row; justify-content: space-between; }

Mobile version lacks margins

Margins on left and right side of the main body would probably improve legibility on mobile devices.

Otherwise fantastic theme - minimalist and serious.
