Params should be:

• connection (a psycopg2 connection)
• dsn (psycopg2 dsn string)
• kwargs (use to build a new connection).

Using collection.save returns an id like '"96d1eccc06567f8992ed1624"', note the extra quotes.

This should just be a string of the id alone.

Should be able to optionally open a transaction,
do several operations, and commit or rollback
