flightplancommenter's Issues

Love the idea here, had issues with nevada trip, want to suggest better approach

Hello there,

I love the concept of your repo. Not sure what was your motivation for extracting comments but I prefer to fly bush trips without being in the actual bush trip interface but I still want to be able to read descriptions etc.

I got your code to work with the alpine trip but it failed with the nevada bush trip, some error about "to" missing which i realize is how you parse start/end of legs.

I looked around and found a better way to parse trips - by decoding the sbp files that contain xml descriptions of the trip. I implemented this solution in this python script:
https://github.com/mb-dev/msfs-bushtrip-flight-plan

it's not as polished - i didn't have time to make a command line flags etc. but I tested it with Nevada trip and curious to get your feedback.

Thanks!
