As a user I want to be able to login/logout from the website so that I know that my information is secure.

As a user, I want to be able to store information about my items, so I know attributes of the items that I am tracking

Attributes of an item

1. Short name
2. Description
3. Class of Supply
4. Option to enable for lot tracking
5. NIMS typing information

• The data should be normalized as much as possible, leveraging Eloquent relationships

As a potential user of the application, I want to be able to sign up and create an user account so that I can access the application.

This project is currently API only so we don't need laravel/ui and if we do any front end it will be with Vue, so we won't need laravelcollection/html

As a user, I want to be able to add/remove stock to an item so I can track the quantity on hand.
