When this credential helper is installed and used for Docker build but not used interactively you can see a warning about the token not being used:

(JuliaProject) pkg> add LibPQ

We should probably just remove this warning but we may want to consider alternatives as this could lead to confusion when mistakes like forgetting to mount the secret occur within the Docker build itself.
