After discussion, we recommend for React application, could use the Carbon React UI library. For Vue3 application, could use the PrimeVue library. More details for UI library comparison: bcgov/nr-forests-access-management#454
This common repo will provide design tokens and component overrides style sheet, and will be published as a npm package so each team can install.
