add a bash script to PREFIX_DIR to be sources for environment setup

document the steps to build hkl from source, including all components not already provided by the OS

This will simulate the same procedure needed to build for the APS (#2)

Fanny Rodolakis needs a different K4C geometry than the one provided (K4CV).

add a bash starter script to the PREFIX_DIR during the build step

Create a tool that will help to build hkl from source on either Mint or RHEL7. Probably more robust to use a bash shell script than a Makefile for this. Pull ideas from HOWTO.

• unit tests with supplied code from hkl (edited to work in python 2 and python 3)
• functional tests with beam line staff
