Run site locally

Run the following commands

$ python setup.py install   
$ python run.py

The site can be accessed from the url 0.0.0.0:5000

No valid user input check

I was testing the calculator with some random inputs and I found that if the user enters values that aren't in the given range, the program continues to give Chance of Admittance without requesting valid input.
