This repository contains scripts, notebooks, utilities, and data for graph analysis and image generation. Most of the images drawn in this repo were used for the PyData Carolinas talk on dynamic graphs. Others were used to draw images or perform computations for Applied Text Analysis with Python.

Note that this repository requires graph tool.

Contents:

1. data: contains compressed graphs and data in a variety of formats.
2. images: contains output from scripts and analysis
3. notebooks: contains Jupyter notebooks of graph analyses
4. raleigh: contains common code to be imported by other utilities
5. scripts: contains long running scripts to be executed.
