The primary library libkissfft.so doesn not include .*_fftnd APIs. Why is that? Are they not part of the public API? Is they are, would it make sense to built it in the toplevel Makefile itself?

not entirely sure how to implement this yet - kissfft switches between float and double implementations at compile time.

kiss_fft_cfg->twiddles is an array of length 1 of complex floats. (see _kiss_fft_guts.h)

In kiss_fft.c, kf_bfly3() and kf_bfly5() both access twiddles[fstride*m] which will usually access memory outside the buffer and will likely lead to undefined behavior.
