In japanese we have the half-width character ﾟ and ﾞ. Those transform the characters beforehand:
i.e. ﾎﾟ or ﾄﾞ

Those characters when run through fullwidth will stay two characters ト゛ and ホ゜ but it would be awesome if the characters would be transformed in the appropriate full-width character representation ド and ポ.

codePointAt and String.fromCodePoint are methods were introduced with Node 4. Unfortunately many have still to use <= Node 0.12 (like me). It would be awesome if charCodeAt could be used instead.

The current release 1.1.0 seems to not contain the compiled code (why does this library need babel?). When trying to use the latest package it throws following error:
