What version of tensorllow are you using? Is it tensorflow==2.7.0 by chance?

It is indeed! On further inspection I'm not sure whether it's simply a straightforward RAM issue (or a problem with my installation of TF) as on colab, although slow, (it usually takes ~9 mins) it runs fine - it's just locally it'll fall over before it can finish sampling.

@scroobiustrip @canyon289 Hi, could you kindly describe the reason causing this issue? I met exactly the same problem under my environment, which is also tensorflow==2.7.0 .
