The HTML output does not show a page break. It should be possible to display a new sheet with the correct page break to make corrections if necessary. In addition, the content runs into the footer.

I can see that from section, signature and footer are not editable from the browser. why is that

Hey,
Firefox stopped requiring disabling controls five years ago [1]. So you are now able to remove your last usages of document.execCommand for things like "enableInlineTableEditing" or "enableObjectResizing".

been looking at your app, pretty nice for a simple letter template manager.

i have it working in a modal dialog form and have an option to save to pdf in which i pass the document content to a php function, but when i create the pdf document, its 2 pages and the "footer" is missing -- but if you do a right-click print it looks good.

any insight as to why this could be happening, i've been trying to "get" all different elements of the page but no go.

I don't mean to nag, but I recently read up on Apple's San Francisco font for a project, and its licence seems it's rather restrictive:

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions.
A. Limited License. Subject to the terms of this License, you may use the Apple Font solely
for creating mock-ups of user interfaces to be used in software products running on 
Apple’s iOS, OS X or tvOS operating systems, as applicable.

As this is a project that aims to allow users to create PDFs of letters for their personal or commercial use, I believe -apple-system is possibly not the best choice of default font, since it defaults to using San Francisco on a variety of modern Apple OSes. While this app itself does not seem to be in violation of the licence (which would mean quite a lot of websites were), the PDFs it generates may be.

I'd encourage users under scrutiny with licencing to change their template to use a font with a more permissive licence.
