So for both Audio and MIDI show all inputs and outputs.

Then allow the user to select and mix between them, so we need to imagine all scenarios such as:

• MIDI from non default device to an Audio out
• Multiple ins and Multiple MIDIs going out to multiple audio outs

Related to this, it would be really cool to have different MIDI devices route to different Synthesisers so that you can have a cheapo multi-KORG setup all running from a Pi, kind of like multiple instances of the application except we just have a single instance doing all the work.

So essentially we want a mixer 😁

Current name is KorgPi, not bad but kind of problematic considering Korg is an actual company and isn't the only company that makes sampler synthesizers (just one of the best ones).

Better to change it to something more general purpose that still references the Pi, like MidiPi, or something along those lines.
