Create a CMake target that will check all the source files and fail if any of them is not formatted.

Reinitialize keyboard/mouse when respective VCC line goes high. Stop all activities when it's low.

Currently, the mouse sends data packets as soon as possible. It should wait for the corresponding period before sending the packet.

Create a CMake target that will run the tests under a simulator and fail when it detects a test failure.

Possible implementation: use two selector tables and choose one depending on current scancode set.
Alternative: introduce intermediate tables that will convert a sequence id into a sequence offset.
Also, add 0x80 to the scancode from the scancode table if the break bit is set.

Test each type with different modifiers.

When the framing error is detected the clock line is cycled until the data line goes high. This may trip the WDT when the data line is held low long enough.

When the accumulated delta exceeds [-256, 255] range it should be clamped and the corresponding overflow bit set.

The interfaces should be similar to these in keyboard.h and mouse.h but with ability to signal transmission errors.

Currently, the port through which PS/2 signals are sent and received is hardcoded. Add the necessary defines to be able to change it easily.
