Currently the startup time of the database container dominates the total run time when running a few or a single test. Reusing the container instance would largely solve this.

At the moment of writing this Testcontainers .NET does not support this yet but works seems to be underway to change this: testcontainers/testcontainers-dotnet#1051

When this is supported switch over to reusing the container instance.

Azure functions are quite hard to integration test as they need to be run inside a 'function host' and theres no equivalent to webapplicationfactory in azure functions. That probably means that these tests are going to be more cumbersome and slower than testing with asp .net

Some options:

• Run the functions with Azure Core Tools
• Run the functions inside a docker container

Currently the folder structure is a bit arbitrary. It might be clearer to just flatten the folders.
