Suspicious numbers that don't make sense—probably because of low volume. Might be specific to corp bonds.

We should pull in data over the IB connection to fill that gap.

Support opening a live subscription to IB portfolio and trade data, and automatically updating bankroll with changes.

Something in the v0.4.x migration broke the fetching of activity from IB, even with valid config options (in INI or command line). Needs investigation. 😕

This permits offline analysis.

bankroll-py/bankroll#35 introduces a query for activity statements, on top of the trade confirmation query recommended in the README. Activity statements can be configured to include trades in them, which might be a good idea because IB's Flex Query API is not very tolerant of multiple requests in succession.

On the other hand, maybe this increases the likelihood that they'll error out the query? Needs experimentation.
