Hi there, I'm the author of cabextract. I moved cabextract to its own domain.

Could you please change the cabextract link on the HHW4Wine wiki page to 
http://www.cabextract.org.uk/ and the libmspack link on the CHM wiki page to 
http://www.cabextract.org.uk/libmspack/ ? Thank you!

Here is the SDL 1.2 devhelp book created from chm file distributed in
official website http://www.libsdl.org/archives/SDLRef.chm

I have used hhconvert and then edited devhelp manually to convert devhelp
to devhelp2 format.

I hope it is useful for many people.

Maybe the server config has changed, but
wget -N 'http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=14188'
no longer downloads the file as htmlhelp.exe. I suggest to change that to 
wget -N 'http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=14188' -O htmlhelp.exe
and also call htmlhelp.exe with /Q, for a more automatic installation.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download html-4.0.1.chm
2. Open it on Windows XP
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I only see headings, but no leave documents

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP pro

Please provide any additional information below.

I only tried to open bashref-3.2.chm and html-4.01.chm
