There should be a flag that will automatically extract the .tar.gz archives that are downloaded. This will be especially helpful for automated backups, since one will then be able to do incremental backups on the extracted contents.

I'm unsure about whether we should keep the archives after extracting. Maybe we won't by default but add another --keep-archives option to disable deleting them.

I think there should be two new options:

• --exclude: a regex that can be used to exclude the user and/or specific organizations.
• --exclude-repo: a regex that can be used to exclude specific repositories (run against the full name, e.g. baltpeter/backghup).

Both should be able to specified multiple times.
