An android application to measure the sleep quality of a student in an academic campus. It was a part of a study that aimed to build a web-based multi-step cognitive restructuring program to help young adults identify and deal with maladaptive, negative thoughts, and emotions, thereby effectively attempting to promote resilience, and improve psychological health among college students.

sleep-quality-index's Introduction

An android app to determine the overall sleep quality of an individual.

The app asks a set of different multiple choice questions and store the answers in SQLite Database. It then grades each answer with marks and finally the total score is calculated by adding up each of the individual scores.

There is also a password authetication to avoid misuse.

The user can update the entry date-wise.

The user can also view all the previous records.

The scale used to calculate the sleep is "The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI); By: Carole Smyth MSN, APRN, BC, ANP/GNP, Montefiore Medical Center"
