Advice should time out after x seconds
If the request hangs kill it and move on.

Use reddit to get jokes
Update jokes so that:
- Some chance it will tell a user defined favorite joke
- Fall back to reddit
- Create a sfw option
Add more informative info to the Readme.md
The readme is too elusive, this should indicate that it is an online identity manager
Add spinner while advice fetches
Put some kind of spinner while it fetches data or it looks like the program is hanging
advice sometimes fails
Looks like the answer json is not always as expected.
