A static page that displays side-by-side versions of the badges from the running app vs. raster.shields.io would be helpful for reviews and comparisons

Making a note of this here as it came up on discord.
The current raster server doesn't e.g:

I've not tested squint.

I'm assuming there's no reason we'd want a different CoC for this repo, and that Contributor Covenant would be the way to go.

We could either add the file in-repo similar to badges/shields#5236 in the main repo, though I suppose we could also consider leveraging default community health files for the badges org to apply across all repos?

The clean building of the Docker image takes quite a while (as it has to perform a complete build of the application, preferably in Release mode), so it'd be great for us to publish the image, presumably to Dockerhub, so that consumers can simply pull and run the image.

Here's the workflow we have to publish the image for the main Badge Server that should serve as a useful reference

To control the build mode, be sure the docker build arg CARGO_BUILD_MODE is set to release

This is apparently done differently these days now that Dependabot is native in GitHub
