Add versioning of stored package files with values such as date and system/user to help with package versioning

Add cron scheduling for automated versioning
Add versioning options for potentially sending files to a specified location (i.e. rsync to a file server log folder)

Fix reinstall option to allow selection of versioned files instead of a default file

This tool should be heavily revised with a menu system and more package handling options.
