Right now, host cloaking code assumes that we're cloaking either a FQDN or an IPv4 address in quad-dotted notation. IPv6 cloaking is forcibly disabled by checking the client's address family in libratboxcore/s_user.c:register_local_user.

To counter a potential rise in IPv6 abuse, host cloaking support should be performed also on IPv6 addresses with the following rules:

• checksumming should be performed on the expanded address (eg. 2001:0db8:0cf1:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001);
• the visible part of the address should end on the /48 boundary (eg. 2001:0db8:0cf1:Azzurra-1234578 or 2001:0db8::Azzurra=87654321).
