Minimal steps to reproduce

Connect to Database, go to notebook in databases/notebook/01-set-up-database.ipynb in Azure Data Studio
Run step by step commands untill text Now you are ready to bring in the data.

Any log messages given by the failure

Got error in the notebook, while beign connected to the db. I think the issue is wth SAS signature.

Command run successfully and Routes table gets populated

What part in GitHub workflows builds the actual DACPAC to deploy? I saw a github workflow for deploying the Dacpac but not one for building the dacpac from sources.

I followed the training, the azfunc returns data, and I received the email by logic app, but testing the static web app with the param shows already the original big map, no points shown in Washington.
Could you please check the index.html is still good ?
