nodes api to provide details on the quorum network (# of nodes, ip addresses, ports, etc.)

Fix: right now, the client utilizes the .env file to load the list of quorum nodes that it will interrogate.

Add a contracts API to the backend

• should return contract address and parties

UI

• should consume this API and display the contract address and parties at all times as chips (see components/Contract.js which currently reads from env variables -- for testing purposes this works fine but we need to fix it)

The negative values work but they are interpreted as very large +ve integers. I guess this is related to BigNumber handling on the smart contracts side.

Right now, we simply dump the json into the console which is readable but it would be better to pretty print this as html markup
