ayu-theme / ayu-colors Goto Github PK

This repo is currently using the name ayu in the NPM registry. This is causing troubles with installing the real ayu package from github using NPM. It would be much better if you could name it ayu-colors in NPM too.

I really love ayu themes, and hope there will be ayu gtk/gnome-shell/xfwm/... themes:)

I also started a project, forked from arc-flatabulous-theme, try to change the color scheme to ayu. But I believe that your works would be better:)

16 palette colors is a common format used in Xresources and many terminal emulators and it's easy to port to many other programs.

When using github dark mode, the svg labels don't show up very well because of the transparent background

It's also below most of the boxes (I'm assuming the hexes are actually there (Below as in layer))

Instead of:

"common": {
  "bg": "0F1419",
  "fg": "E6E1CF",
  "accent": "F29718"
}

we should export this:

"common": {
  "bg": "#0F1419",
  "fg": "#E6E1CF",
  "accent": "#F29718"
}

Thoughts?

i tried running the update script with npm run update but i get the following error:
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/Users/matias/Projects/personal/ayu-colors/ayu/src/themes/dark.yml'

any chance to fix the update script or update the colors?

This colorscheme is simply wonderful. It would be marvelous to have a theme for Jetbrains IDEs such as Intellij and PyCharm. Is it possible?

Any chance of getting slack themes for these colors?

I use Ayu Mirage in VSCode and I like to have in Windows Terminal too. Is it possible??? It's very important for me, because I like to have the same theme in multiple programs.

I wanted to use Ayu for my own VS Code instance, but the light theme was a bit too bright for my monitor. So I created a set called "Dawn" which darkens mosts of the colors of the light theme while keeping it light.
