Add ability to create an item
Add ability to create a new item in the system. This includes:
- items
-- Creating
-- Deleting
-- Updating - categories
- tags
- listing items
- searching items
Add Report Generation
Add ability to generate reports based on logs.
This includes making them customizable for their input

This includes:

Separate out admin actions / privilieges
basically make it possible so that users have permissions and only certain things can be done by admins.
