There are two h1 tags on a page. For instance on the tags page. One in the header and the second one in the main section.
It is recommended to have only one h1 tag per page.

I found that the content in <pre></pre> could not be rightly parsed in kiko-now. Actually, I remembered that in Kiko-plus, content between <pre> and </pre> tag could be rightly parsed.

Here is an example of <pre></pre> in kiko-now:

Hello! I could visit my blog normally, but I wonder how to redirect to a 404 page.
Let's say, kiko-now's demo page is https://aweekj.github.io/kiko-now/. If we try to visit https://aweekj.github.io/kiko-now/test, it will redirect to a 404 page offered by GitHub, which is beyond control of kiko-now/404.md. Is there anything more for me to config?
