Provide an ability to use middleware classes to handle common cases (such authentication, caching, logging, l18n, etc.).

• Migrate to PHP 8.2

Integrate library with the Psalm static analizator.

Provide a handler register to improve SRP.

• Rewrite the logic more efficiently.
• Increase supporting PHP versions to 7.3+.
• Allow inserting additional parameters, after a message.
• Move buses implementation to the root namespace.
• Provide a base handlers parser to fetch a message to subscribe on.
• Implement an ability to subscribe on parents or implemented interface.
• Test out.
• Add module tests.
• Write docs.

Add an ability to use either "callable" handlers or handlers with a method "handle" to solve commands / queries / events.

Example:

}
