Scrolling is wonky

The scrolling is bad

Kafka keeps bad offsets

Sometimes Kafka 0.8.2 remembers an offset long after it's usable. Leading to error messages (in Kafka) like so:

2017-01-27 13:37:37,515 ERROR kafka.server.ReplicaManager: [Replica Manager on Broker 153]: Error when processing fetch request for partition [Burt,7] offset 24 from consumer with correlation id 715696. Possible cause: Request for offset 24 but we only have log segments in the range 41 to 42.
2017-01-27 13:37:37,529 ERROR kafka.server.ReplicaManager: [Replica Manager on Broker 153]: Error when processing fetch request for partition [Ernie,9] offset 658 from consumer with correlation id 715722. Possible cause: Request for offset 658 but we only have log segments in the range 668 to 678.

Kafkamon should make sure that it's not using these bad (too low) offsets.
