There's a GitHub CodeSpace "cloud environment" set up in this project via the .devcontainer directory. And an installation script once in it (at least in #3) scripts/codespace-install.sh.

Doesn't quite work though, for a few reasons:

• The version of NgSpice available in that container, which runs Ubuntu 18.04, ain't good enough
  • The container/ image is Microsoft/ GitHub's conda one
  • Maybe there's a better-fit container-image out there, or maybe it'd require building a custom one.
  • In either case, it hasn't happened
• Not as crucial - dev dependencies need to be installed separately, due to the pip vs pyproject.toml hijinx described here dan-fritchman/Hdl21#49 (comment)

Largely a reminder here of what's wrong, lest anyone (probably me) tries to use it after forgetting.
