if moving branch abc to stale/abc and stale/abc already exists at the remote, it should be overwritten.

For a given commit you can have a separate author and committer with different dates for each event. This is relevant in the case the person pushing commits to a branch is not the same as the person authoring the commit or if someone squashes all the commits on a branch. Please use comitter date to filter references instead of author date.

Currently Groomba naively exits on first error. It should instead try to move as many branches as possible and then exit with all errors specified.
