Disable RoboLCD plugin

Install this plugin via link: https://github.com/Robo3D/CheckTouch/archive/master.zip.

Restart web dashboard server (restart octoprint).

Look at touch screen and interpret output (see below).
Important Make sure to disable or delete this plugin if you plan to re-enable RoboLCD.

If there is just scrolling text, then your touch screen is being pressed on by something and that is why it is unresponsive.

If there is scrolling text when you touch the screen then the touch screen is working normally and we will have a new problem to figure out.

If there is no scrolling text when you touch the screen then your touch sensor is broken.
