1. Go to web dashboard

2. Disable RoboLCD plugin

3. Install this plugin via link: https://github.com/Robo3D/CheckTouch/archive/master.zip.

4. Restart web dashboard server (restart octoprint).

5. Look at touch screen and interpret output (see below).

Important Make sure to disable or delete this plugin if you plan to re-enable RoboLCD.

• If there is just scrolling text, then your touch screen is being pressed on by something and that is why it is unresponsive.

• If there is scrolling text when you touch the screen then the touch screen is working normally and we will have a new problem to figure out.

• If there is no scrolling text when you touch the screen then your touch sensor is broken.
