We probably shouldn't pollute window's props. Also... what about having multiple async-ops instances on a single page?

The parameters for the registerOperation method are name, service, and mock.

When registering a service without a name the library should throw a descriptive error - e.g. -> Error("Unable to register: No service name has been provided").

When registering a service with a duplicate name, there should be a warning (but not a blocking error) saying that this is a duplicate service.

This way we can handle mock without polluting the window global.

Right now we export the saga and then have to register it manually in the client. There should probably be a registerSaga method that takes the sagaMiddleware as an argument to simplify the saga registration syntax.

there are some inconsistent code formatting things, like import {noSpaces} from 'meh' and import { withSpaces, here } from 'blah'

We should have a callService method so that users can easily use these services separately from our built in actions/sagas. Right now the process is to getOperation(name)(...args) and then call that service with args.

We need a method like: callOperation(name, ...args).
