What bug have you identified?

In TweetDeck-blockmode, Dragging a TweetDeck window open doesn't cause it to be blocked.

Failure procedure.

1. Enable TweetDeck-blockmode.
2. Open TweetDeck
3. Drag TweetDeck window as soon as.

What behavior is inherently desirable?

• Close TweetDeck window.

The setting screen is currently configured in Japanese only.
So I would like to use i18n to support English as well.

Make it easier for users to report bugs.

I want to new option to ban opening TweetDeck.

If you have TweetDeck opened, open the already opened TweetDeck window.

I will use Japanese for this issue only.
