When I run decode.py, it outputs broken image like this(cropped image).

Is it my environment's problem?

Using python 3.6.5 64bit, Pillow 5.1.0, Windows 10 64bit.

First of all, thanks a lot for providing these tools!

I've been trying for several days changing the fonts in the game (the english fonts) using both the old and the new tools.
Unfortunately, whatever I do, the text disappears (and has no length as well. This can be seen in "Press any key to ..."):

I changed the josefin.ttf.binfont font using Delutto's Frostpunk DAT Tool.

Can you please advice me?
I've attached the files I get from the font tool and from the script.
