The popper minWidth is never updated after the boundary element:

• shrinks below the width of the popper (works)
• then grows above the width of the popper (this doesn’t work)

However, there’s no problem with the height and resizing the boundary element.

Expected behaviour

The popper element opens to the top because it has a minimum height.

Actual behavior

The popper element opens to the bottom and only flips when scrolling.

The Readme has one remark which might be the solution but I don't get it:

Sometimes you may want the flip modifier to take precedence in cases where the maxSize modifier will make the popper too small

What am I doing wrong?

If the user has configured preventOverflow and/or flip with different options from the default, there will likely be a problem.
