freak tracks dependents properties from current context only.

Solution is to store context alongside with property in the dependents lists.

Filtering computed and _-prefixed properties currently works only on the top-level object.

Hey, I did not see that in docs and if I try it it seems that it is not working. Is there a wey to update whole object with values in model? I mean something like this:

    jtmpl(
            '#target',
            '#template',
            {
                who: 'world'
            }
    );
    var model = jtmpl('#target');
    model({
        who: 'world2'
    });

Add .toJSON and .fromJSON methods, which serialize/deserialize all non-computed properties (and configurable set of other properties to exclude, for example all properties, prefixed with _).
