This seems to be a chrome only issue and also happens on official vue website https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/

I got plenty projects that need a dashboard, benchhub benchhub/benchhub#6 benchhub/benchboard#1, xephon-*, go.ice, ayi and I need to manually update the package versions, and similar bootstrap code is copied everytime (route, reset font etc.)
